At Eyemart Express, we want you to see clearly and love your look; if you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Bring your eyewear, original receipt, and any included accessories to your nearest Eyemart Express location for an immediate evaluation.

  Consult an Optician

  Our expert staff will check the fit and prescription accuracy of your glasses to determine if a simple adjustment or a full exchange is needed.

• 3.
  Select Your Replacement

  Choose a new frame or lens type from our extensive collection; if there is a price difference, we will process the refund or payment accordingly.

• 4.
  Final Inspection

  Once your new eyewear is ready, we will perform a final custom fitting to ensure your vision is perfect before you leave the store.
